We understand not all pets pass away during business hours and we always try our very best to help you out in your time of need.
Things to do if you can’t reach us or it is in the middle of the night
1. Place your pet somewhere safe
2. Cover your pet if you are finding their loss too distressing
3. Call and leave your name and number and we will return your call once we get back to our phone / wake up
Appointments are necessary for all clients, this will ensure privacy & time required for individual families to say good bye.
If Mark & Di are at an event your message & or email will be responded to on their return.
