Hello Diane,

I just wanted to thank you and your staff for the compassionate way you looked after RUBY and making her last moments so special for my daughter. Ruby was her first and very best friend and the loss was and still is heartbreaking. The time you took to ensure everything was perfect for her to say her final goodbye to Ruby and the compassion and concern you showed about her welfare is a credit to you all. We appreciate the way you looked after all our requests and going above what was expected in order for my daughter to have closure.

Thank you.

Kindest regards,

Mark & Claire Watson

Dear Mark, Diane and Staff Cat Cremations

Sorry it’s taken me so long to reply, life just got busy as I tried to distract myself with work after the passing of Pearl. As you may hear all the time “She was my whole world” although she was an unusual pet (mini pig) it was like having any other pet, she loved me as much as I loved her. When she passed I was devastated and had no idea what to do next. It was my husband that contacted you and got things in order. I wanted to say Thank you for the respect and professionalism you gave us at our time in need.

You were all so sympathetic and genuine. I couldn’t have imagined a better way for my “precious Pearl” to leave this earth. So keep doing what you do and making people feel at ease with their decision. Thank you for cremating Pearl, we know this wasn’t a normal request.

We appreciated every part of the process you implemented and we are grateful for your help.

Kind Regards Bridget Conder

My mind wasn’t right so I can’t remember the name of the lady that went through the process with us but she was beautiful & we appreciate the time we could spend with our little mate, so from the bottom of my heart, Thankyou. Subject: Our loss of Gidget our toy poodle

Dear Mark and Diane ,

Just to let you know how wonderful you both have been to our family with our recent loss of our toy poodle Gidget. She meant the

world to us , talking to you on the phone when she had just been put to rest was hard for us and you were so understanding and helped me through the conversation while I was crying and slightly confused . Every aspect was explained to me clearly and with care . Gidget was picked up the next day from our vet by your staff and returned as promised by you the next week , absolutely perfect in a beautiful little wooden box . Today we received a lovely card and information brochure from you both at just the right time four weeks afterwards, when it was appreciated without tears and we realised what a great job you have done for us , Thank you so much for everything you have been very kind .

Hello I would like to thank you for your care with my deb who I picked up from Gwandalan vet yesterday. . I chose your company because of recommendations from friends and I’m so happy with the way in which deb was looked after by you the presentation of her little box etc is so well done and now I feel I will have her with me always. the circumstances surrounding her passing were very upsetting after her being my much loved family member for 10yrs but at least I know now she will always be with our family which eases the pain just a little bit.

I collected my beloved boy Kahn’s ashes today. While it broke my heart & devastated me all over again, I must say thank you. From my initial call (where I was a mess of grief) to when I took his body to your premises, & when I collected his ashes today, I was always treated with such compassion & understanding. I will forever be grateful for the treatment I received, & that my boy received. I am still heart broken about losing my boy, but you made this horrible difficult situation bearable & I will never forget my experience, the way you gave me the chance to say goodbye in my way & in my own time. Thank you so much, you are amazing & gave me such a beautiful setting for a goodbye to my beloved boy. U r wonderful amazing people to do what u do xoxo

Subject: Alfie

Mark & Diane

I would like to say thank you for the respect and dignity as well as the caring nature that you showed my dog Alfie. To be given all the time I needed last Friday to say goodbye was great and I thank you for allowing me all the time I wanted and needed.

I picked Alfie up today and believe or not he received another fly over as we passed the airport on our way back home which brung a smile to my face on another sad day, Alfie is now back home and I have placed him on his bed in the same spot as he always slept

Although it’s still very hard to get use to him not being under my feet or scratching at the door to be let outside or try to snuggle cause he is cold its comforting to know that he is back home and will always be with me.

Thank you very much once again the support and caringness that you guys give in a very sad time is very much appreciated.

Regards

Aaron

Subject: Bindi

We would like to express our thanks to you for a wonderful service. Your compassion and efficiency made this whole experience so much more bearable for us especially since our beloved Labrador – Bindi passed away on Boxing Day. It is clear you are the right people for this much needed business. Your care and understanding were so very evident in both your literature and in your personal dealings with us. The Rainbow Bridge philosophy and your Website’s help with grief were invaluable to us in coming to terms with our loss.

Hi again Diane, I just got home with Patch, and thought that I should write a short note to you to thank you once again for the kindness you showed our little mate. You took the time to help put my mind at rest when I bought her to you on Monday, and even before that, when I knew her time was close, Mark also took the time to speak to me on the phone, It was a comfort to be able to spend some time with her to say a last farewell in your chapel. The time that you spent talking to me, and answering the many questions that I had, and understanding how it would be done has made it so much easier for me, and I thank you so very much. Thank you again for looking after our friend on her final journey.

Dear Diane

We don’t have many friends as we have been hurt too much and we found that lost friendship in our pet. It was very comforting to know our pet was entrusted to your professional care and returned to us as a lasting fitting tribute to return home.

Subject: Thankyou so so much

Dear Mark and Diane,

I have just picked up the ashes for our rotty Angus from Warren at Woodberry. I would just like to thank you both from the bottom of my heart, the compassion we received threw this sad time.I made a few phone calls to you guys about my dog, before he passed as well and found that, for the second time around, you still have so much compassion and the service, of Gussy getting cremated quickly was just appreciated. He was home to us quickly. In June 2009, you looked after us for the 1st time, with our cat Beau. That made us come back the 2nd time. We are fortunate to still have our cat Seth and boxer Tess, but will return most certainly when their time comes. Once again, thank you so much,it made our sad time more comforting.
